Account Registration and Security

Prohibited Conduct

Section 8

Account Closure and Suspension

xx999com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or any other behaviour that poses a risk to the platform, to other players, or to the integrity of betting markets.

Player-Initiated Closure: Any player who wishes to close their xx999com account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons such as self-exclusion — may do so by contacting the customer support team via live chat.
